The RPG Empire, LLC ("we") operates therpgempire.com. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Name and email when you join the newsletter, register as a playtester, or contact us.
• Order details when you buy a digital product. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see your card number.
• Standard server and analytics data (pages viewed, device, referrer).

How we use it

• Send the emails you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Deliver purchases and reply to messages.
• Understand which pages and episodes people care about.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We use third-party services to run the site (hosting, email, payments, podcast feeds) and share only what they need to work. Apparel orders are fulfilled through Etsy under Etsy's privacy policy.

Unsubscribe from any email, or write to us via the contact page to see or delete what we hold on you.
